I have a 77 F150 and want to make it look as "redneck" as I can. I was looking into getting some bull horns(actual horns from a bull, not the loudspeaker stuff) and mounting them on a brush guard on my truck.
I was wondering if anyone has done this or if anyone has pictures of it so i can tell how it would look.
i knew a guy that put real bull horns on the front of his dodge ram 4x4,i and others just thought he was a strange dude.then in the winter,he ran into a pile of snow in a mall parking lot at about 30 mph (hoping he would look cool plowing through it ,i guess),but it stopped his dodge dead in its tracks, because the snow was piled up around a concrete planter.so his horns wrapped around and touched in the middle of the hood. man did he look cool!!! -billy
hey...if i was going to do anything on the front of my truck...i'd put a cross-tie bolted to the frame so when i'm in some heavy traffic or some little Geo Metro coasting in first gear on the freeway....i can "persuade" them to move a lil. lol
Hi, I know it looks like I am a cowboy in Ohio, but I guess I am. It also has a cow bell too. I have had it on 8 Fords so far and will put it on the rest. It sure gets heads to turn. And I do whear a cowboy hat too. Go figure? Oh, I almost forgot, I have added a set of bull ***** this year, they hang on the back axle. Erv
I think it looks pretty good. A lot of people give me a hard time about them, but after they get to know me it's cool. If you can not have fun it isn't worth it. And my other saying is, life is to short. Those are from my granfather from 40 years ago. I use to go to his house for the summer and he made me work, but now that I look back at it it was a good time. He got me headed down the right path. Erv
