351m to 429

how much trouble am i looking at for this swap or is pretty much a direct bolt in? (except for new motor mounts)

What's the 429 going into??? This is the same as a 460 swap, you will probably need motor stands and exhaust.

the 429 is going into a 78 f-150 the current engine is a 351m. i thought that i all had to worry about was the exhaust and the motor mouts so is that all there is too it?

You'll need the correct flexplate or clutch/flywheel assembly...
