I just pulled a 60 out of a 77'250 longbed. It's a full floater
and has the numbers on the housing reading: c-37717, 336-76, and 81-2(could be 61-2 hard to tell exactly)
[link:http://photos.yahoo.com/bc/scottsbent70/lst?&.dir=/&.src=ph&.view=t|axle pics] Any help figuring out what it is will help.
thanks
scott
hey, you have your self there a dana 61. regular dana 60 gears wont fit it but a regular dana 60 carrier will. it also has the big axle bearings so you could upgrade to 35-spline shafts no prob.

hey, i see that you are also on the PBB cool. any way you have to make a custom spacer 7/16 think to run regular gears or have sandy cone make you a 40 spline spool. any way the lowerest gear you can get for it would be a 4.56 ratio. hope this helps.
