It Runs!!!

After about 7 hours of hair pullin,

second guessing,

double checking

and shade tree diagnosis

the 55 runs!!! And it is ssweeet!

Started it for the first time today and I am a happy camper. What better way to end the Old year and ring in the New one...Technical Note...(Brand new After Market Electronic Ignition - Bad)...(Stock points condenser and especially COIL- Good)... Found out the new After Market Coil was trying (II Flame) all of the other ignition parts including the Electronic Module and one new set of points. Truck would start and run for about a minute until things started to melt and then just quit. Got it fixed and it purrs like a kitten now.

Cool. There are quite a few that have finished the year off with the projects running. Its a great feeling.
