stock body mounts....body lift?????
hey guys! my 79 f250 needs new body mounts. my question is...if i buy a body lift, would i also have to buy the new body mounts? do they go on together? or does the body lift totally replace the stock mounts? what are your opinions on a 2" body lift? would the steering shaft, transmission and transfer case shift stick be ok, or would i have to customize? my truck is a 1979 F250.

the body lift blocks are just placed on top of the rubber mounts, i just put a 3 inch body on my 79 f-250, the shifters are fine, and so is the steering shaft, the only thing i had to do was get an extension (included in the kit) welded into my clutch rod, i got a guy at a local exhaust shop to doit 4 free
