Hello again. Has anyone here installed a throttle body spacer on their inline six? I have a 96 XLT, but can't seem to find a manufacturer that produces a spacer for my truck. A corkscrew design would be nice. Do any of you have any type of spacer installed? What has your performance increase been like?
Throttle body spacers on the 300-6 I truly believe are not worth the money. The intake runners on this engine are long enough as they are and adding another inch won't make much of a difference.. However if you still want one I suggest making one of your own.

Highly Modified and more to come!
Hey, I was looking at the dual/single intake discussion above this thread and I believe their I-6's have to intake ports. Mine does, too, but it Y's into a 3.5" diamater hose that connects to the MAF and filter. With THIS design, do you believe a spacer would help?
Since I can't find any manufacturer's that make air kits beyond the filter, I'm going to fabricate my own manifold from filter to throttle body to help performance.
