You know the funny part about that little story I told above Beemer is I ended up quiting partially over that engine and the guy that took the engine I put together ended up putting the new engine in the truck for the guy and intentionally did a bad job of timing it and a gapped the plugs from .025-.045 just to prove a point he said that engine went out of there running rougher than anything I sent to the guy and he thought it was great, the shop got the hint and the next time that particular customer came in they wouldn't even look at his stuff and the next time he wanted to trade for a new car the salesman suggested he try the Chevy dealer in DesMoines.

just a thought i had my rotatin assembly balinced like i always do my motor runs a strong 7000rpm i had a mach shop press out my pins and press them back in. my truck is not road leagle so for me to break in a ,motor i just drive it around the yard alot and idel it well i had about maybe at best 45 min on it and the pin came out. i now take it to a differnt mach shop and he has an oven he heats the rod up to get the pin out and same to put it back in i have now swiched to full floaters but i never has an issue sicne i went to the heat method just a thought for next time
