Computer help needed: delete user account and save info?

Computer help needed: delete user account and save info?

I had to make a new account for my computer a couple months ago,and I need to know how to save some of the info in my old account before I delete it. I am talking stuff like pictures,documents,movies,games,etc. what is the best way to do this? please explain in a way that a person that knows very little about computers can understand thanks,Ben

what I do is save everything in one place (for example, the my docs folder) then move everything to another networked computer, or burn to cd(sa) / dvd(s)

As far as games, theyll need to be reinstalled

Buy a second hard drive and transfer everything to there first.

Disconnect the Ribbon wire to make sure nothing goes wrong while re-doing the C drive.

If the OS is installed on the C drive the extra drive you put in is just a storage locker for your files.

I would burn everything to a disk. That way you have it and you dont have to have it taking up space on your computer.
