scanning with auto enginuity

hey everyone, I have a F-150 with the 4.2L with 107,000 miles.
I borrowed my friends scan tool just to see what the sensors were doing.

All these measurements are with engine up to temp and idle.
Do they sound right?

Absoulute throttle position: 19%
Coolant temp: 198 degrees
Engine RPM: 840
Ignition timing advance for #1: 14 degrees
O2 bank one sensor one: vary voltage from about .1v to .75v
O2 bank one sensor two: steady .75v
O2 bank two sensor one: vary voltage from about .1v to .75v
O2 bank two sensor two: steady .75v
O2 bank one sensor one: varying fuel trim %
O2 bank one sensor two: 99% fuel trim
O2 bank two sensor one: varying fuel trim %
O2 bank two sensor two: 99% fuel trim

I am not throwing any codes but just wondering about the throttle position and both O2 sensor two outputs.
