Clutch push rod
If anyone else is as dumb as me and loses their clutch push rod down the rabbit hole. Tak out your starter because it has a muchlarger hole to go fishing with your magnet.

Great idea taking the starter out.

HELP! Clutch pedal push rod fell out! Pedal comes all the way up!!
It was not that long ago a few months ago i had to purchase a prebled clutch master/slave cylinder unit from advance. It all worked great till today i went for the clutch pedal and it was all the way up touching my e brake pop lever. Well sure as **** as always i cant find the receipt to my purchase and top it off a buddy helped swap the units out and i dont know exactly what he did.
So heres what im getting at, can this rod be inserted back in to where it STAYS in? I noticed on the little ball at the end there was theres a ledge/chamfer type deal that there were burrs and a little small chunks rounded out. well i took a file and shaped it back right. but how does it hold in there because im pretty sure last time it either came in one piece or we just snapped it in and it never came back out? AHHH idk im just in need of dire help because i dont have 150 to go buy ANOTHER one... Im in the process of going to call and see if they can look up my purchase just in case.
