IE Resolution Question

IE Resolution Question
So, i am the the gfs parents house and for some reason the resolution of pictures and such inside IE sucks. Outside, such as through the picture viewer, everything is fine, and i cant figure out how to change it. Can anyone help?
It is windows EX, with Version 6.0 of IE and they use MSN Dialup to connect.
