Simple computer question
Hello everyone, computer in question is a home built beast running windows vista home premium. The problem I have is my recycle bin icon disappeared some time ago and I cant seem to find one in the menus or anything, kinda miss having the option to empty the recycle bin since theres now like 20 gigs of crap sitting in there 
Anyone know where I can find a shortcut to the recycle bin and copy and paste it to my desktop or anything? or is there a empty recycle bin option in a menu somewhere that I'm missing?

Here is the correct way to go by it. And mind you this is for Vista, right click on the desktop then click personalize, once there look to the left pane near the top and click Change Desktop Icons, this is where you choose which icons you want to appear on your desktop, close/OK out and you're all done
