ok, we got a new Expy it's really awsome I LOVE THE SEATS.
anyway, there's just those 2 annoying problems:
1) the car doesn't start up quick, it takes a few tries to start (3500Km so far)
2) sometimes, when we stop completely there seem to be a rattle sound from the right front side, also when i slam the door (passnger) i hear that right front part in the body make a rattle.

There have been some issues with the lower molding on the doors being loose, which could be the sound you're hearing when you shut the door.
As far as hearing it when you stop, I dunno. Could be a peice of molding around the window or maybe even the mirror.
I suggest you just do it over and over until you pinpoint the problem and then I would just take it back to the dealer and let them hear the problems and make them fix it.
Ferger, you are sooooo right about the seats. I have an XLT Sport and we took it to Florida and the seats were the most comfortable I've ever had on a long trip.
Wow, I never realized the seats were such a hot item on our trucks. Now that I think about it, they are pretty dang confortable. Way more confortable on road trips than my wife's Jeep, that's for certain!
I didn't even notice the hard start problem ferger was having, and I don't do kilometers, but I'd imagine that's around 5000 miles or so. Way too soon to have anything wrong with it. In that case I would definately take it in ASAP.
