Go listen to some JBL, Boston($$$) or Klipsch. Almost all digital amps are going to sound the same, so there shouldn't be too much variation on that end. The speakers are where it's at, anyway.

I don't suppose anyone has heard the sounds from an old pair of OHM speakers; model F? They sounded great; so did the first model of the ESS AMT-1 speakers.
