its fixed i took the pcm out of my 1994 psd and tried it in my 96 and its alive but doesn't have the same power but i think do to different calibration, it doesn't smoke anymore and idles perfect.i guess i'll be going to ford for the right pcm. thank you guys you guys are awesome
. Going to load the tuner onto the new PCM?

shop around... refer to one of my earlier posts in this thread.. and if you have to buy from ford atleast buy it from powerstrokeshop.com they are much cheaper and sell oem stuff as they are a ford dealer.

im questioning it I might buy a chip from swamp or bean, i was wondering if my pcm was on its way out because a diesel shop was telling me that they hav psd that come in running on 4 clyinders and its the pcm. its crazy iof you ask me the next thing on my list is the fpr screen cleaning.
