Although I don't know the answer to your question, you may want to look at catalogs from such places as Summit Racing or Jegs to see if you can find the type of product you're looking for - then call or find out if they make that product to fit your application. Good luck!
Here is a prerunner bronco with an E4OD on ebay with a floor shifter. Appears to be out of an International truck.

Not only do you have to figure out a linkage, you have to provide for the OD lockout switch wiring.
