dead battery

i recently put a stero in my truck and now my battery keeps dieing i even got a new battery and died the second day i had it.....any ideas

What all did you install? Wired up wrong, or big amps can drain a battery fast.

i put a new head unit and some speakers nothing to big or that i would think that would drain the battery to fast bettery is dead next day but you never know

go back and check your wiring just to rule out the radio.

Disconnect the radio to rule it out.

would the alternator be a possiblity i jsut had one putted in 2 yeas ago would one burn out that fast

Shouldn't burn out that fast. A new alternator should last for years. You must have accidentally done something to cause a battery drain or disconnect your alternator. Run it over to Autozone and they'll check your charging system for you. Then at least you'll know if your alternator is working or not.
