V10 Towing Report
After running out to the Glamis Dunes and back, I have only one complaint about my truck (01 F250 V10 CC 4X4) the gas tank is too small.
My truck is lifted 7 inches w/ 35" BFG's. I was towing a 30' toyhauler with 5 quads and two dirtbikes fully loaded w/50gal of fuel, and 110 gal H2O.
estimated close to 15k plus truck.
Let me just say WOOOHOOOO!!!! My baby was loving the load. when I took it easy at about 65mph she would be at about 1750RPM just cruising. When I was passing one of the oilburners, she would get after it. I love that motor, and would never even care to pull with anything else. Seeing that my exhaust is a little more free flowing, and I have the Xcalibrator ll, heads were turning when I flew past. When I pulled in to Blythe, a couple of oilburners I passed right before came over to ask what the hell it was. All I told them was I can get gas at any station I come to. they said "holy crap I thought those V10's were slow gas guzzlers." I love the fact that my truck does not smell like crap.

Just think what it would be like with 4.30 gears 
I just love it when I blow by a oil burner when I'm pulling my little rig 
all 15K of it.
The long box and the 38 gal tank is nice too, and with 50 gal aux tank in the box I don't need to stop very often so I'm not sure what the oilers think.
