Just a few more days before the big guy loads up his Ford and heads down from the north pole to drop off all the goodies for all his fellow Ford truckers.
OH OH OH - And what can Santa get you for Christmas?
I was hoping to be able to take my truck to a muffler shop to have a system installed. After checking prices, and me being the tightwad that I am....I'm going to have to play Santa Claus and build my own uxhaust system.
Other than that, I'm just wishing for a bit of time and money (for the truck) and that family and firends remain healthy
I can identify. I made my own. I have a 75 Chevelle stock muffler on one side (which came in a donor car still in the box) and an old Walker glass pack that came off my 65 Mustang I sold last year because it was too loud on the other....no Flowmasters for me. It will be interesting to hear what it sounds like when I fire it up next summer...
All I wanted was a Hellings "helmet" style air cleaner for my flathead, and the other day there was a box from Moon on the front step that my wife quickly hid
Bobby, I wish I would have built my exhaust (Even though part of it would have been difficult without a bender), I am going to redo part of it though.
For Christmas, I would like to get the pieces needed to rebuild my tranny, rebuild my 9 inch along with new axles for it, and a one 1 5/8" header tube. I could on and on with stuff I want for Christmas but those are the big things that I need to get it back on the road.
It would be nice if Santa could bring me a 1948 Anglia project or one that is done now that my truck is done o will any way you all have a Merry Christmas.
I don't think Santa's coming to my house because I've been naughty all year. If he does decides to have a change of heart, I hope he drops off a new headliner and sun visors, a set of Flowmaster mufflers and a six pack.
