A 10" chop saw! Or, even better, a phone call from a certain guy in Orange County saying he is ready to sell me his 55 Merc Parklane wagon. Merry Christmas everybody. Jag

Just randomly select something from the Mid Fifty catalog and I could use it.

But I know I will unwrap a column drop and floor mount for my steering column. Also a 20 circuit wiring harness with a kill switch mounted on the fuse block will be under the tree.

It would be nice if Santa could bring me a 1948 Anglia project or one that is done now that my truck is done o will any way you all have a Merry Christmas.
Ditto this. I have often thought of my 48 pickup towing an anglia to the drags. ALso I wish Santa could stay and finish my garage for me.

OK. Santa needs to take the 1 ton and leave the 1/2 ton at the pole this year. Pretty nice gifts. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas.

17" inch torque thrust or Solid Steelies would make me happy. Better yet so would a tight cab from a sound and heat perspective with an AC unit that will freeze you during the dog days of August in TN.

The building permit for my garage would be really special (applied for today) but I don't expect to see it until after new years the permits dept is in no hurry here. We got our best present last Tues when we adopted Winky, a 2-3 yr old stray from the animal shelter. She is a mix of Sheetzu (the posting censors won't allow me to spell it correctly!) and Whoknows and is an 8# bundle of love! She came at such a perfect time as we lost Josie, another rescue we got two yrs ago that was 10+ yrs old and in poor health when she was found, about 2 weeks ago. That was a very sad day indeed, but now Winky brings a big smile to our faces every time we look at her, and joy back into our lives.

That sounds simple enough for a great guy like Santa and all his Ford connections.
Way to goAXracer. Good of you to do that this time of the year as so many are out in the cold or being put down through no fault of their own.

It'd be nice to have my '58 M-100 Panel Truck down here in Los Angeles from Elma, Manitoba, Canada for Christmas.
Remember, there are the 12 Days of Christmas, anyone up for it & Volunteer to help get the "Olde Girl" down here?

That, my friends, is a whole lot more difficult than it sounds! That is the primary reason I went to the Darkside. I purchased, had boiled and fluxed three different blocks looking for a rebuildable block. All were cracked. I bet I spent 6 months and $500 looking for a rebuildable block before caving in and going rod.

I will keep my eyes open for a flatty. There is a place in Seguin that had several blocks last time I was down there about 1 1/2 years ago. Seems like the place was called "Johns" Vintage Salvage. Actually had a phone book listing.

Tim,

Appreciate the tip. I will certainly look into it.
