starter

when i start my bii it cranks very very slow and seems to just have enough juice to fire up i know it needs a new battery but will a bad starter be a cuase of this too, im puting in a new battery next year but i wanna know if that would be a cuase as well also rear brake lights dont work now fuse or switch center console bulb cheak light is not on and bulbs are ok any thoughts

I would go to your local parts store an have them test the battery, a bad battery can damage the stater, I would suspect the battery first.

I don't think the other problem would cause the brake light problem, start with checking the ground and determining if you have power to the lights with a meter.

yep i know its the battery thing is old as heck lol looks as old as the car itself so ill put that on my list of parts to get the brake light was do to a wire coming off the switch thanks to the meter my H.V.A.C teacher let me bring from school i could isolate it to that thanks

now that i got somones attendtion here before you never look at this again can you give me tips on a site that would or may have a dual exuast kit for the bronco II and or a legal proformance muffler that wont make my truck sound like a vacum cleaner

there are no dual exhuast kits for the b2

Anyone have any suggestions on a good sounding muffler he could have installed by a local shop?

I just read the thread about the cherry bomb muffler and someone was talking about a dual set-up, check out that thread.
