Brakes locking

Brakes locking
My 90 Ford Bronco II won't move after slamming on the brakes. It usually takes pumping the brakes six or seven times before vehicle will move. I'm thinking ABS but thats a wild guess. Any ideas?

Both my 89's would do that in the front. Mostly the right front would lock up and stick. Found out that the break line hoses were colapsing, after replacing them it has not happen again.
