Idiling all messed up

Idiling all messed up
I have a 1992 F-250 with a 5.8 and E40D. Replaced IAC, but motor still revs up to 2000 rpm or idles down to 500 rpm and dies. Should i replace the TP sensor? Any suggestions, i have also taken off the throttle body and cleaned all the carbon out with starter fluid and a soft toothbrush. All suggestions welcomed!
