Vincent Report???
Can the buyer find out what rebates they could be eligible for before going to the dealer. From various sites I found the AQHA rebate. Are there any others that are easy to get and are compatible with the AQHA rebate?

All rebate information is supposed to be available to the public. While the Vincent is more detailed you should be able to find out what rebates are available directly from the ford website or do a search because I think that there are several sites that list them. www.autodollars.com seems to have a fairly comprehensive listing. It was so much easier though when I was a sales manager for a dealership and had access to the vincent reports. you might even try www.autobytel.com to check their listings and I think edmunds has them as well.
