gas milage
my bII sucks on gas mileage ive ran it for about all of 2 hours in my yard and it went from 3/4 a tank to 1/4 in no time from idleing or moving it no more then 20 feet at a time ethier someone is stealing gas from my truck or theres somthing wrong the emiss lite isnt on yet but i have a feeling that i should put fresh o2 sensors in also the egr valve what dose that do and how would i maintian it because ive heard it effects gas milage

I would start by checking the fuel pressure, the vacuum line to the fuel pressure regulator for gas and pulling the codes before spending any money on parts you may not need.
The EGR won't have much effect on gas mileage, IMO. It introduces exhaust gas back into the intake manifold.
