Okay, I'll liven it up a bit. I found a set of Ram's Horn manifolds on eBay and won them for my '56 F-350/Wrecker project. Can't wait to hear how that Mercury 312 sounds!
Hey,I need some of those, too.Saw a couple of sets there on E-bay in the last week or two myself.I usually refrain from bidding,I'm always way out of the running,Guess I'll have to go with my back-up plan, headers from Sacramento Vintage Ford, about the most reasonable, and close enough to give me an excuse to go check them out.I keep hoping to see an old Ford rusting away in someone's back yard and picking up a set for $25.00.Dream on.
Its only as good as us contributors. I have not heard from Janet lately, I hope she is OK. She has a wealth of knowledge. Personally, my Y-block is running OK, so I have no need to ask any questions and I don't feel confident in my personnal knowledge about Yblocks to give out info liberally.
I do check the page about every 2-3 days.
Yours in Y-blocks,

My excuses for not posting, the usual, too cold, no money.
I'm not the world's most mechanically inclined and I have a buddy helping get my '58 F-100 running. After putting on a Blue Thunder intake manifold and Edelbrock 500 cfm 4bbl we found a couple of bent push rods. Those are getting replaced as we speak. I'd be deeply indebted to anyone who can point out my next unforseen pitfall.
