I know 46yblock is a subsciber maybe he can share his thoughts.
What do you mean under review? Is there some question about the Y-Block mag's not being appropriate for this forum? If so that is weird.
Edit: OK I just saw that the contact info was up. Still strange that it would even require "review".

The Y-block magazine wasn't under review. The spam filters use "bayesian filters" similar to some email anti-spam programs. Like those programs, false positives and false negatives can happen, which is why we review them each night. Something in the post caused the filter to falsely trap the post.
It's a very good source of info & Y trivia, with a couple of VERY knowledgable contributors- John F. (not even gonna try to spell his last name without a reference), the owner of the Hoosier Hurricane, a 11 sec. factory blown 312 '56 Mainline; Ted Cain, a machinist & owner of a Y-powered '23 Altered; etc. If someone expects a glossy, slick, ad-filled mag like Popular Hot Rodding, this ain't it, it's published by a private individual, but definitely worth the $$.
I think i know why this forum is slower then the other forums. It's because of darksiders likie me. I mean, if there were more originaly guys, this forum would be more active IMHO.
But i'm not going back original. I love my 1973 MerCruiser 302 with a 5 speed manual transmission......a lot cheaper in the long run too. I love the darkside.
What I like the best about YBM is the tech articles, I learn something new about engines with every issue. It has really helped to keep the great Y block engine alive.
