In 1975 Ford went from 18mm to 14mm taper-fit plugs...so '82 heads would be the latter. Autolite number would be 25. 14mm, .460" reach, 5/8" hex, tapered seat.

Thanks Dan, I ended up figuring it out with googles help, I knew the autolite number, but couldnt find any technical data on their website.

At any rate, thanks!

Well tell me this I got an 76 302 Truck motor and I'm running Autolite 45's at 0.44 plug gap; they screw into the heads real easy and only have to use a socket about an 1/4 turn to be snug. I'm I running the wrong plugs? Engine data is 302cid; bore 60 over 10:5 to 1 with a mid cam.
