Ha! I just read your thread about the diesel/oil in your coolant. Good luck with that, im trying to track down the 3rd disel fuel leak since winter.

Hey I found this though maybe it will give you some help. You will need the new o ring kit.

Thanks man. Those pictures are great. Do I have to pull the engine to change it?

By the way...
It's a 106 miles to Chicago. We got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

no you dont have to pull the engine.. just put it up on jack stands ..take offf the fron right wheel. take out the fender liner .. dont have to but it will make it much easier.
pull the old cooler off. i think three bolts.. the end pieses dont get changed out just the center section.. a presshelps to put the new one back together.. but I just put mine in a door way and toothe jack out from under the hood of my truck and pressed it that way.. if you can get you hands on a 18" or two foot ratchet extention barit will make it easier too.. prtty much just a bolt on proscdure.. oh yeah.. first step!!DRAIN the COOLANT AND OIL ! good luck j
