yea i know of more than two in myy town that will take me too.one of my best friends has built 4 or 5 hondas that chew up mustangs and vettes on a daily baisis now he has a vw jette we raced he beat me by about 10 cars steady pull from me that was befor my chip im sure he'd still take me. the differance is he aint jumping in the bullpen and making fun of the bulls. and imight have a few bucks laying around i need to spend on somethig else but canada is pretty far away i 'm pretty sure with enough friends over and some over nihgt shipping i might have a chance. he might be wrighting back ha ha i got him but i know i aint the biggest bull in here.

I think I feel a tear coming.
Fordafied away as long as it is Ford Blue. I thought long and hard about that name. I have owned 6 Ford trucks in the past. My wife and I both drive Fords. Hers is an Eddie Bauer edition Expedition.

I got beat by a cummins on the high way, I know that he had stuff done. I had my superchip up at 80hp and we started at about 65 and went to 105, my front was even with his rear, not to bad but it still sucked to lose to it, but it was so much fun to let her rip.

 

i'm thinking i would like to have that 140 hp extreme tune when i get my jt chip just for sittuations like this, but i'm not sure i want to be tempted into running it with the rods i have in my truck.... anybody have any thoughts about running that tune without forged rods...?

 

Johnny, if you have stock injectors, stock fuel system, stock turbo and stock hpop, you can run the 140 all day long. If it were me, and I had aftermarket turbo, fuel, injectors, and dual hpops, and a tune Jody wrote with the CP testing equipment, it wouldn't bother me in the least to run the program, I know Jody's truck was twisted up pretty tight on PMR's and his never had a problem.

 

Yea I think that Im going to go with the stackable tuner from black cloud, I just bought some gauges, boost tube, double vaule, and the air intake plug, next is intake exhaust and stackable tuner

 

I'll bet you'll be good with the stock injectors, fuel system,HPOP and turbo.

come on...! you were SUPPOSED to say..."no... you don't want to run that tune with those rods..." but nooooooo..! now i have to get that 140hp tune so that if i have some tricked out cummins trying to smoke me i can give him a run for his money...! you are NO HELP AT ALL...! LOL..!

 

Is it just a 140chip you cant put it on a lower setting? I want more power but not 140 all the time

 

U can get a flip chip(multi tunes) from Jody T. Just a flip of the switch for the warp drive engines to go on line!

 

i'm talking about a multi position chip with the 140 "extreme" setting as the top setting... sorry if i wasn't clear about that..!
