Factory detuned???
Has anyone gotten the chance to drive a V10 stick, and a V10 auto back to back for a comparison???
TorqShift™ 5-Spd. Auto 9.0:1 300 @ 5000 365 @ 3750
6-Spd. Manual O/D HD 9.0:1 362 @ 4750 457 @ 3250
According to this the auto is detuned BIG TIME! Whats up with that?

The auto is not detuned. Those auto ratings are for the 5.4L. As far as I know, the ratings should be the same for both the auto and the stick at the flywheel. The power of course will be different at the rear wheels though.
