99 expy passenger side door lock

I'm sure this is probably a really easy fix that some of you have done before so I figured I'd try and get some direction. The power door lock on my passenger side just stopped working. I can hear the motor/solonoid trying to work but it sounds like it's just not strong enough. Can anyone tell me how hard this will be to get to once I get the interior panel off.

It's probably an actuator. I didn't do mine, but I had a couple done under the extended warranty on my Expy. IIRC, the shop only charged around 1/2 hr labor to do each actuator so it must be fairly quick and easy to do.
