Hey guys, I have two topics I need some help on (these are on my '79 300-6) :
1) I'm trying to decipher my head casting number : D61FPB
might be D61ERY - it's tough to read upside down and backwards. I assume the "release date" is '76 (D6); what's the rest of the number for?
2) I bought a fan clutch off of E-bay listed for a '79. The back end has an internal threaded nut that threads onto some sort of shaft. My water pump (set up with my direct drive fan) has the basic 4 hole ~1/4-20 on a 2in BC. Is there some adaptor I'm missing to get the direct drive to work with fan clutch backing?
