35s 5.4
feed back please what do you think about 35s with a5.4 ? i chiped the motor with
diaablo and also have the power valve in the tranny. rears3.73
no hard driving thanks.

You'll need 4.30 gears minimum, 4.56s would be better. You'll get better performance and milage when you change the gears. If you leave the 3.73s in you'll have sub 10 mpg and poor performance.

I have 35s with a 5.4, 4r100, 373s, superchips tuner, intake and exhaust upgrades. I have no performance issues under normal driving conditions or light hauling. My daily drive to work is mostly hiway at 65 mph, I average 15 mpg in the summer. If I was hauling more than the average load of home improvement stuff, or going off road more ,I would upgrade to 4.30s.

Try using the calculator in my sig and it should give you a good idea of what you may want to loo at.
Also, as you can see in the sig, I run a V10 on 36's with 4.56's and still wonder if I should have gone 4.88's. If I were you, I would do 4.56's.
