The exact tire size will depend a little on manufacturer and model of tire as well as the rim width. Best source for this kind of information would be the manufacturer. Many manufacturers websites will supply "engineering data" which lists the actual tire size and other information. The metric equivalent of a 31x10.5x15 would roughly be 265/75/15, though I've never seen them sold that way

you can look at the pic of the tire and tell if it will rub. Its the shoulder that you need to look at,BFG TAs have sharpe edge sholders and do rub in a flexed hard turn. I have these with a 1&1/4" lift and its purfect.
