1994 b400 hub problem

1994 b400 hub problem
I replaced the brakes a 94 b4000 and now the front locking hubs will not lock in .Is there a special way to install the auto hubs,I must be installing them wrong . Thanks craig

Did you regrease them, and how much grease did you use on them? Also, are you sure its not engaging? You know that the truck has to be moving for them to engage right? The auto hubs have alot of problems on these trucks. It doesnt cost that much to convert over to manual, and they are much more reliable.

I stood beside the the truck as he moved it and chattered really hard .I cleaned and regreased as I would any of my rigs,I am going to take them apart again tomorrow maybe I missed something.Thanks for reply P.S. manual hubs will be next. Thanks Craig
