A freind of mine used to have a 54 that was in a magazine or 2. He had a grill in his that I really liked. He put the stock turn signals in the "fangs". He cut the grill and mounted the lights from behind.

I wonder how a 51-3 Packard would look? Replace the parking lights with headlights. I know where there is a 53 for the taking once it warms up a bit, that will be going in my 53 Vicky which will be getting a facelift after 25 years with a 53 Chevy grille.
Another possibility is a 53 Olds or the ubiquitous 54-5 DeSotos; all properly shortened.
