Creaking noise

I have a 1999 Explorer Sport and it has been making awful creaking noises. Not just the usual noises this model makes. When I turn the steering wheel it just whines, when I am just driving normal and go over a bump in the road or something it just makes weird sounds. I sprayed some of that blaster stuff and it stopped for about 2 weeks but now is back again. The blaster stuff is not doing anything now. Any ideas?

I have the same annoying noise in the front end. I thought it was the ball joints but it is one of the A-arm bushings. The only cheap cure I found was when I oiled the body for winter I sprayed the bushing areas with tons of oil. Been quiet for months now.
