I did the lines, too, you'll pay about 80 cents a foot for bulk steel brake line, and you'll need the fittings, too. You can do everything pedal to shoes for less than Midass is quoting you for one end. This is something you should consider doing yourself.

I had to put new drums on my 66 F-250. It made an improvment, but not like the Disk Brakes of my 73 F-250.
Maybe you can swap to Disk brakes with a Donor truck?
