Right rear brake light works only when turn signal activated. Otherwise left brake light works when pedal depressed.Found one ground to body behind left lens assembly. One hint is bed off an '84. According to stamp on lens cover. Previous owner may not have made all connections when swap was made? Mines an '82 F100.

Check all grounds, as 90 percent of the time this is the issue, start at the back and work fordward.
The tailight lenses can interchange between years so that really isn't a denifite thing onto what year the bed is.
