Lights dimming? Because of a system I assume you mean? Yes it will. It made an incredible difference when combined with the Big-3 upgrade. I don't know how bad your dimming is, but you might just need to do the big three and it will solve it. Ford doesn't exactly put big wires on for power and ground. I didn't do the Big-3 on my dad's truck, GM sent it stock with zero gauge wire, as they did my mom's truck and my grandma's SUV. They prep you for blowing your ears out lol.
1200 Watts of a system in a single cab ranger. 1200 watts RMS. Nearly 2500 watts peak. This stuff looks great. I think I'm going to go pick up about 12 feet of zero gauge today.
I had to wait 15 minutes for the salesman to find a jumper box so that i could start my truck and and test drive it. I still bought and they put in a brand new battery that day before i took it home. That was in 2002 and my truck only had 11 miles on it. About 7-8 months ago not even 3 years old and 50,000 miles i had to replace my battery cause it was cranking kinda slow and if you did anything to drain it, like listen to the radio without it running or be working on it with the door open it would kill it after an hour.
I'll admit, when I replaced my battery earlier this year it had the stock 1994 battery in there, and that thing was mighty small it seemed. The replacement yellow-top would have held that entire thing inside of it without any problems whatsoever. The yellow-top was gigantic compared to that thing.
Once you get enough posts. Elder is...500 posts maybe? 1000 is Posting Guru, I know that much. Senior user is 100 I believe, that's the next step for you.
EDIT: correction, Junior is the next step for you, dunno post count though, sorry.
