steering hanging up ?
I've rebuild the front axle on my 79' f250 which is a dana 44. i put a new steering stablizer on it too. now i have tight spots while turning not that it locks up but just tight spots. any help?

When I put a new larger steering stablizer on my truck. Driving slow, like backing out of my driveway steering was tight. But loosened up after a short while. When you rebuilt your axle did you replace the balljoints? You can tighten them to much and bind up the steering, especially if you used an impact gun.
