Hi : What is the best way to remove the ox sensor?? How many are

We recently changed one in a '90 F150. It is best to run the engine long enough to heat up the pipe. Otherwise it is nearly impossible to get the old one out. You need to expand the metal some to loosen it up. We just used a 7/8" box end wrench. Just unplug the wires and run them through the box end and have at it.
some PB Blaster on the nut may help as well. also they do make a socket designed specifically to take out an o2 sensor that you can pick up at any auto store. it's not necessary, but you may prefer it.
