Stupid Question
(as for the truck pulling, it's not the alignment, or ball joints and the steering is tight.).. other than that, it runs well. I know it's too late to do anything now. eheh.
I'd run a VIN check, you can do it on Carfax or other major sites.
The door can be adjusted to some extent via the hinges. Do not attempt to do this yourself if you're not familiar with what you are doing.
The driver's door on my ranger was rubbing on the fender when opening. I was able to adjust the gap between the door and fender by loosening the hinge bolts and pulling the door. I was able to gain the clearance i needed to stop the rubbing.
Your wind noise may be the result of flattened out weather stripping (the rubber seal). Replace the rubber seal or do what i did for really cheap! Get some foam weather stripping tape from the hardware store that's used for windows and stick it over the rubber stuff on your door. This will build the seal back up and eliminate most, if not all, your wind noise.
As for the pulling issue, i would suspect that you have a tire problem.
- low air pressure
- bad belt / unevenly worn tire tread
- bent rim
I would cross the 2 front tires and see if the pull follows to the passenger side. This would prove the tire is faulty.
Good luck.

I've got a new seal, but it doesn't change the fact that the space is still a quarter of a inch on one side and an 1/8th on the drivers side.
as for the tires, i've got summer and winter tires (on different rims) both sets are at the right tire pressure and the pull didn't change when i swapped... i also rotate my tires ever 10k
but thanks for the ideas..and tips.
=/ i dunno. i think carfax might be the answer. =/ (unfortunatly)
