Ive had the itrip and disliked it. I now have an iPod dock, the iPod sits in it and it plugs into the lighter outlet. PM me for more info. It is 100%clear, the itrip had static (anybody else have this trouble?)
My Expy has the CD Changer Control Head Unit, with a cassette deck in it. There is no changer hooked up. Also, there is no subwoofer.
Thanks for checking,
Greg
K. I'll hit up a couple of different manufacturers for ya. There are quite a few guys out there that offer them for your ride. P.I.E, Peripherial, Soundgate. I just put one into a guys 2000 Mercury Sable. He was soooo sick of the FM modulated one so I got him the direct link one. I wasn't even sure they made it considering that the Sable's actual radio is in the trunk. He actually wanted a newer radio with XM and Ipod capable but with the digital heater controls he was stuck with what he had. Direct digital sound and his radio buttons controlled his Ipod. He loved it. True customer for life.
ATTENTION!!! I'll provide the information to you but do not contact me for pricing or anything. Find it on your own. Very touchy admins on here so I do not want to give anyone the wrong impression that I'm selling. I'm just simply providing the correct information to point you into the right direction.

No problem. I appreciate the help. I have done some digging on the net, but didn't find anything until last night that mentioned what kind of connections were on the back of my HU. I was hoping that there were a set of RCAs back there where I could make a cable myself. But it sounds like it's a proprietary plug. I found an adapter at Crutchfield for ~$50, but I was hoping to go cheaper.
I'll keep digging, and like I said, any info you could pass along (without selling of course ) would be greatly appreciated.
