1970 Monte Carlo....it's a working project. She runs, and was even a daily driver for me for a little bit. She hasn't been registered or driven in awhile though, just started and run. This little project has been going on for somewhere around 10 years now, and I assume it'll be close to that before I can get the time and $$ to get my hands on here again.

1988 F.S. Bronco...the SS was my daily driver for a good couple of years. Other than being old and sloppy sounding, she's hanging in there. I consider this a project because, ideally, the SS will be with me for years to come...had her for 4 now.

I have several projects in the cooker:

1971 Ford Thunderbird "Sports Roof" Special Brougham.
had it for about 4 years, just started up on it again. 2 owner car with original 429/c-6/9inch.

1967 Thunderbird Landau Coupe. one owner car w 73k showing. 390 powered. minor tweaks to be show ready.

1976 Thunderbird - Triple black (rare color combo for that year) 460/c6/9inch with factory dual exhausts and most options. all motor and mechanicals done, needs body and interior. One owner california car. this summer should be show ready.

1972 Ford L-700 24ft flatbed truck. 361 XD engine blew a gasket, should probably be yanked and rebuilt.

1976 Cadillac Hearse. Body by superior. minor crunch in parking light. 20k orig miles, one owner. Was originally triple "Cotillion white" will be 1976 Cadillac "Commodore blue" when done.

1976 Cadillac hearse. Body by S/S. Also triple white. 2 owner 70k car. Was also white, now "Blackwatch Green".

My longest project was a '50 Chebby coupe that took eight years to complete as a full custom with a 400" V8. My last project was a 4-year body off rebuild of a '60 Triumph TR3 roadster. I now am limiting my efforts to my driver Ranger which is in the process of getting '04 Altima leather seats and matching carpet.

Yeah, Its been a while. My dad promised, when I was 16, me and him would restore his '55 vette. We bought an engine block. I'm now 36,and we're still in the discusion stage. I wonder if he changed his mind.

JD717, I know what you're talking about.

Lack of funds and mo-jo.

My 55 has been sitting since 1977.

Maybe it's time to work on it a little.

Tomorrow.

I got 1991 Taurus 3.0l for free about year and a half ago and I wanted to fix it up and drive it, but it wasn't worth it. Sold it to junkyard about 6 months later.

My F-100 is a 5 year project.... My Dad's 57 Ranchero has been a project since 1967 when the motor froze. Almost forty years of sitting around. He has even moved houses a couple times, and towed it each time to his new yard.

well me and my family have some projects on the stove. i my self have a 86 ranger i bought this year and have plans for it. (lift tires etc) but im currenty buying a house with a 2 car gorage so my plans will have to wait for a bit. me and my dad have been doing a restor/mod on a 71 duster se 340 that he bought in 01. i saw it on a used lot heading home one day and told him about it and next day it was in the drive way lol. also it turns out to be the same car that he sold 20 years ago, how often does that happen. guess its true if you love it set it free. it will come back if its ment to be. also he is toying with his 95 probe. he put CAI new wing and other misc. stuff on it. aslo we have a 83 nissian 280 zx 2+2 delux that we had planned to restor but ran into engine problems and other things and now it just sits in the yard. he talks about stuffing a 302 in it. that would be interesting. and last year i bought 2 73 dusters for $300 one is a duster twister with a 318 3 spd and the other is a duster 340. the plan for them is make the 2 into 1, but havent touched them since i got them. my wife and son seem to make the money disapear as fast as i can get it lol but i still love em.

Which one, between dad and I....we have three...

1954 Ford F100 Streetrod(mine) been going bout 3 years as is about done.

1965 Ford Mustang 289 Coupe, been going on about a year and a half, still needs some motor work, and a couple trim pieces, as well as some bodywork

1949 Lincoln 4dr Sedan....had it for about 4 years, waiting to finish my truck and the Mustang, then going to brace the body, take a plasma cutter to the floor pans and swap chasis with a Lincoln continental from the late 80s-early 90s. Unless someone buys it from us first, which I hope happens.
