What is Trailer tow prep pack

What is Trailer tow prep pack
I'm looking at an F-350. On the dealer spec sheet it says trailer tow prep pack and then it says, less towing attachements. I also can see a separate radiator for transmission and oil cooler. It has a V10.
SO I guess my question is
1. Does this have a "towing package" or not
2. Do I have to add anything or just plug in my drawbar and go.

it should have a trans cooler and be prewied for the connectors to the trailer. have a sub harness in the glove box to connect the electric brake controler. basicly all it needs is a hitch.
