Grill Cover For Winter?

I was wondering where i could get a grill cover for my 86 f250 instead of using a piece of cardboard for these colder days in minnesota.

If the cooling system has the proper thermostat and antifreeze solution, why do you need to block the radiator? I thought blocking radiators went out with alcohol antifreeze. When I was in Northern Michigan all our vehicles had 120 VAC heaters either in the lower radiator hose (which I preferred) or mounted on the block in a "freeze plug" hole. We also had a heat pad under the battery. Of course, none is needed in NW Florida.
