i have a 1995 ford explorer limited, i have no headlights and fog lights, i have day time running lights, high beams, and all other lights, i checked the fuses, could this be a ground problem, i looked at the wiring diagram and dont really understand it, i assumed that if it was the ground then i would not have highbeams as well, could it also be the foglamp relay, not to sure on how it works, if the highbeams turn fog lights off i have been fiddling around with it, and have come up with nothing, ford dealership wants to charge me 2 hours of labour just to look at it to tell me about the problem, 200 bucks to tell me what is wrong doesnt sit well with me thanks bob

…..See you on the boards.
If you mean you have normal high beams (i.e. they stay on) but not low beams, it may be your multifunction switch. I've read about that several times on these boards. You may want to check the wiring diagrams here; http://www.autozone.com/servlet/UiBr...3d800ba9c7.jsp
thanks the multifuntion switch was replaced, after doing some extensive searching on this is i have discovered it was the lom (lights out moduale) then ford began to tell me that there was no lom on my vechile over the phone, hahaha i told them that i was stareing right at it, then they changed there tune, the only ford dealership in 100kms of my area, tring to milk my pockets. looked at the lom and its a sodering problem that was a easy fix, thanks to this site it has saved me about 500 bucks from the dealership that costed me nothing to repair, this site is great
