C5AE heads

is these heads 4v heads ,( i know C5AE-E are hipo heads ) but i dont know if these are standard 289 heads or 4v.

I have a set of C5AE heads. They have no suffix in the number, just C5AE. They aren't a Hi-Po head as they don't have recessed spring seats. They do have screw-in studs like the Hi-Po, but these heads were converted. They aren't marked 2V or 4V, but I don't believe they differentiated between the two until later production, around '67 or '68. I recall coming across that item recently but I'm still checking my books and haven't found it yet...

I jsut got a set of C5AE heads as well- found a 4D23 on the other side.

Would like to find out what i have- they were offered as hi-po. Also has the # 66 on it. They are in great shape with new seats. I'd like to build a 289 hi-po cougar someday and I guess I can get the block and stock 4v intake as well.
